Another film made for the University of Notingham's School of Mathematical Sciences, but well worth sharing here on Test Tube.

This was a five-day event in which biologsts posed four problems to a crack team of maths experts... The experts then broke into four groups and created models to help solve the problems.

This video is supposed to give a feel for the event.

For the record, it was called the Virtual Physiological Human Network of Excellence Study Group... They were looking at "Regenerative aspects of epithelial cells and tissues".

Bit of a mouthful, but it was interesting watching the disciplines collaborate!
