Some behind the scenes pictures from a science road trip.

Chemist Pete Licence and film-maker Brady Haran travelled to Sweden to make a series of films for Test Tube and our sister site, The Periodic Table of Videos.

They visited Vaxholm and Ytterby (near Stockholm) to make films about the origins of four elements on the periodic table, then on to MAX-lab in Lund where Pete was conducting research into ionic liquids.
